Wahana Visi Indonesia (WVI) is a Christian humanitarian social organization that works to bring a sustainable change to the welfare of children, families, and communities living in poverty. WVI dedicated itself to cooperate with the most vulnerable communities regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, and gender.

For more than 20 years, Wahana Visi Indonesia has been implementing community development programs focusing on children. WVI has emphasized long-termed development programs by using an approach of sustainable area program or Area Program for 10-15 years through the operational offices in WVI’s assisted area.

Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following position in Manggarai Timur that is:

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

MAJOR ROLES

Community Development Coordinator is to ensure the AP program running with integration across the target in RECOVER logical framework and targets. Make sure accountability and advocacy coordination in Area Program is running well to ensure the wellbeing of children especially the most vulnerable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Preferably a bachelor’s degree majoring in social development or any other relevant field.
  2. Min. 2 years of experience as Project Coordinator, experience in the community development program is an advantage.
  3. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
  4. Strong conceptual understanding of basic design, monitoring, and evaluation.
  5. Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  6. Good English skill with min. TOEFL score 450.
